 Darfield Man’s behaviour.

Owen Davies, a labourer, of Darfield, was charged at Barnsley on Wednesday with being drunk and disorderly.

P.c. Taylor said that at 11-.30 p.m. on the 8th July he was in Church Street, Darfield, and heard a disturbance in St. Mary’s Road. He saw Davies mad drunk and demanding that his wife who was lying ill in bed, should go home.

The defendant denied being drunk or disorderly or behaving in a disorderly manner.

He was fined 10s.
