The Hospital Carnival which is to be held at Whitsuntide is arousing much interest locally. The Dramatic Club are to put on three short plays on one night of the week for the benefit of the hospitals. All kinds of novel competitions including a dog show and piano-accordion competition are to be held.
Mr. J. Oxley and Mr. H. Royston, together with the committee, are working very hard and hope to break all records when the Darfield Hospital quota goes in.
