Private Hornby Goldthorpe

Another brother, Hornby Goldthorpe, a dispatch rider in the East Lancashire, received shrapnel wound in the head and back last July, after being in hospital several months has been discharged.

He is now working at the Dearne Valley colliery.

Mr and Mrs Goldthorpe have still another son serving.
