Out For Promotion

Corpl. Thomas Ingman (23) son of Mr. and Mrs. E. Ingman, of Nanny Marr, Darfield, is stationed in the North and is attached to the Cameronians.

An old boy of Wath Grammar School, he became a member of the clerical staff of Messrs. Simon Carves on leaving.

During his twelve months in the Army he has risen to the rank of Corporal, has been to France. and has had many exciting experiences. Recently he was on leave, looking very fit, and has gone back determined if possible to rise higher in the ranks.
