Too Many Flies

Driver James Oliver, of St. Mary’s Road, Darfield, went to the Middle East last October. He says he is well and has excellent- food, but the flies greatly annoy him.

To fill in time he and others have been gardening on land round a church. They frequently go swimming.

When he has a leave he hopes to meet his brother-in-law from Darfield, who is also stationed out there.
