Gets Plenty of Mail

Gunner Royden Slater, R.A. (21). is a son of Mr. and Mrs. T. Slater, of New Street, Darfield.

He joined the Forces some twelve months ago, and was out in France for some time, and in the retreat from Dunkirk. He is now in the South. He has six sisters and one brother, and they keep him well posted with letters and parcels. Recently he received a parcel from Darfield Wesley Chapel. of which he is a member. Royden is feeling very fit and enjoys his life in, the Army immensely.
