In A Rickshaw

Eric Strickland, of Darfield, a former driver on the long distance Yorkshire Traction buses, has sent a photograph of himself and two pals in a rickshaw.

He is attached to the R.A.M.C., and is serving in a very hot climate.

Eric was brought up with his grandmother, the late Mrs Strickland, and resided for some years in the cottages, now demolished, at the bottom of Garden Street.

Nearly two years ago he married a London girl.
