Veteran Champion Enters for Local N C.U. Trial.
Another evidence of the ever-growing enthusiasm in cycling circles is shown the excellent entry of which has been received for the 25-miles time trial championship of the South Yorks and North Derby Centre of the N.C.U., which will take place on selected roads shortly.
Among the entrants is the once-famous Elijah Scott, the Darfield man, who, over 20 years ago, was the district N.C.U. champion for best part of a decade, and won the 25 miles English championship at Manchester.
