Hadland – Linley.
At Darfield Parish Church last Thursday, Miss Doris Linley, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. S. Linley, George St., Low Valley, was married to Mr. William Edward Hadland, son of Mr. and Mrs. S. Hadland, London.
The bride been employed at Stirling’s boot stores, Wombwell, for a number of years. She was given away by Mr. J. Linley and wore ivory georgetto with silk lace, and carried lilies and fern.
Her maids, Misses Edna and Madge Linsey, wore link crepe suede, and carried roses and carnations.
The best man and groomsman were Messr. J. Hadland (London) and H. Linley.
Mr. and Mrs. Hadland left for London.
