Councillor W Brookes (chairman of Darfield UDC) presents Mr F Bailey, departing clerk and chief financial officer, with a briefcase and clock on behalf of the Councillors, staff and work people, some of whom are included in the photograph with Mr F.B.P.Jones, who succeeds Mr Bailey.

The presentation took place on Tuesday at Darfield UDC offices.
