Miss Dorothy Taylor. daughter of Mr. and -Mrs. C.H. Taylor, Middlewood Hall, Darfield and Hampole Priory, a staff nurse at the Hooton Pagnell Hospital, V.A.D. hospital has been awarded the Royal Red Cross.

Mrs. Alice Mabel Pickering, commandant of the Arnold Auxiliary hospital, Doncaster, and widow of the late Mr W. H. Pickering, H.M. Divisional Inspector of Mines, has also received the Royal Red Cross.
