Serving In H.M.S. Terror at Singapore is Writer David Weston, an old boy of Wath Grammar School, of 74, North Street, Darfield.

Writer Weston is pictured here in the personnel records office of H.M.S. Terror. He was a British Railways goods clerk before he joined the Royal Navy in November 1955, and he regards his flight out to Singapore of his most interesting experiences so far. He flew out to the Far East via Italy, Turkey, Lebanon, Pakistan, India and Thailand. He is a bachelor and Is very keen on rugby and swimming
