Mr and Mrs Charles Steele of new Street, received news that their second son, driver George Steele (R.F.A) has been wounded in the left shoulder by shrapnel, and is in hospital in Edmonton, London.

Driver Steele joined the forces about two years ago, and has been in France about 10 months.
