Corporal J.W. Ward
(York & Lancs Territorials)

has died of wounds received in the recent advance.

CorporaL Ward married a daughter of Mr & Mrs Samuel Carver, an old and respected Low Valley family, and has been out in France anout 15 months.

He previously worked at Mitchell Main.
